In 1973 graduated from the Kazakhstan Chemical-Technological Institute with a major in “Automation of Chemical Processes”. He began his career as an operator in a phosphorus plant, after which he was the head of a number of enterprises in the chemical industry. In the early 1990s, he established the Euroterminal Obninsk Holding Company, whose portfolio included more than 50 industrial, construction, financial, and other enterprises. sectors with more than 6 thousand employees. Since 2000, he has been working on the implementation of various innovation projects in the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, construction and ecology. From August 2009 worked on the implementation of the “IC” project in the position of General Director of the DST Fund, creating a team of scientists, doctors and managers from different countries. Since 2013, it has chosen Bulgaria as the base country for the implementation of the “IC” project.

In 1972, he graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Institute and graduated as a railway engineer. In the mid-1990s, he was appointed Technical Director of the company “Moststroy – 10”, after which he continued his career development as Deputy Chief Director of the company. Since 2000, he has been the General Director of the Stroimost-1 construction company, specializing in the building and construction of bridges and bridge facilities.
